Custom tableware design and production for Amsterdam based, Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy. Pieces were featured during the 2016 Steinbeisser dining event at Montalvo Art Center in Saratoga, Califronia - featuring Bay Area chefs Corey Lee (Benu), David Kinch (Manresa), and Daniel Paterson (Coi)
Produced in a limited edition 50 piece set using unrefined wild clay from California’s Coast Range Mountains.
